Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This policy explains how VIEWSPIKE LLC collects, uses, and shares personal information through viewspike.com and the digital products and storefronts we operate. It applies to consumers in the United States.
01 Information we collect
Provided
Name, email, order details (for example, when you contact us or buy a product).
Payment information
Processed by third-party processors; we do not store your full card number.
Automatic
Device and usage data, IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies.
02 How we use it
To deliver and support products, process payments, respond to requests, operate and improve our websites, measure and serve advertising, and meet legal obligations.
03 Cookies and tracking
This website (viewspike.com) does not run advertising or analytics trackers. It loads a web font provider and, on the contact page, an embedded form hosted by Formaloo, which receives what you submit along with technical information such as your IP address.
Our consumer storefronts and checkout pages do use these technologies. They may load a product analytics provider (PostHog) and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies and device identifiers to measure how visitors arrive from advertising and whether a purchase is completed. When a purchase completes, we also transmit that event to Meta from our server, including a cryptographically hashed form of the email address used at checkout, so advertising results can be measured accurately. Each storefront publishes its own privacy policy describing exactly what it loads, and where required, loads these technologies only after you consent.
04 How we share
Categories of third parties: payment processors, analytics providers, advertising platforms, email service providers, and other service providers acting on our behalf; and to comply with law or protect our rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. Because advertising pixels support cross-context behavioral advertising, several state privacy laws treat that activity as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. See Your privacy choices below for how to opt out.
05 Your US state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising and of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, and to not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. These rights are provided under laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Florida, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Minnesota, Maryland, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Rhode Island.
Appeals. If we decline a request, we will tell you why. You may appeal that decision by replying to our response or by submitting a new request through our contact form with the word "appeal" in your message. We will respond to an appeal within 45 days, or sooner where your state requires it, and if we deny the appeal we will tell you how to complain to your state attorney general.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may need to verify your identity, or your agent's authority, before we act.
06 Your privacy choices
You have two ways to opt out of targeted advertising and of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
Opt-out preference signals. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized browser-level opt-out signals, for every visitor, in every state, with no action needed from you beyond enabling the signal in your browser or extension. Where a signal is present, we treat it as a valid opt-out request.
Ask us directly. Submit a request through our contact form and tell us you want to opt out. We do not require you to create an account to do this.
Our consumer storefronts also carry their own privacy controls on the page itself. Opting out does not affect purchases you have already made, and we will still send you messages you need about an order, such as a receipt or an access link.
07 Exercising your rights
Submit a request through our contact form. We verify and respond as required by law. You may use an authorized agent.
08 Retention
We keep personal information as long as needed to provide our products, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
09 Security
We use reasonable measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10 Children
Our products and websites are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11 Changes
The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
